Klevu and Trustpilot Bring Customer-Centricity to Product Discovery

Ecommerce merchants that use Trustpilot reviews can now harness Klevu’s artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to prioritize which products to display and automatically promote in search results.

A study by Gartner found that 85% of buyers trust online reviews as much as a personal recommendations. Even more, there is an endless amount of research that supports how influential customer reviews are in the purchasing process. Knowing this, online retailers are now recognizing the need to provide review information at the fingertips of shoppers during their product discovery journey. With the Klevu and Trustpilot integration, merchants can use product review data and star counts to prioritize the order in which products are displayed.
